I can't imagine the following question's answers are all 'yes'.

Is it true that...

1.)
It is not possible to set the position of a toolbar individually?
The workaround, putting the CommandBars control into a picturebox is cumbersome.
It results in as many CommandBars control instances as toolbars, 27 in my case.
Really the only option?

2.)
"Add or remove buttons" can not be switched off?
.ShowExpandButton = False hides it, yes, but also the chance to show the clipped off menu items.
Really true?

3.)
In the ImageManager, it is not possible to load icons (*.ico format)?
Strange, on the left hand there is a tab 'Icons'.
Really no way to load *.ICOs?

4.)
LoadIconFromResource can't load an icon from the uncompiled project?
So no way to get the icons except via crude workarounds via temp files?
Really no way?
