Can you send screenshot, I don't understand what "<and some thing there>" mean. Hello everyone

I have two Toolbars Std and Prof , When i right Click the toolbar or any other area near the tool bar

i get a Popupmeny as checked item -

Std

Prof

<and some thing there>

When i click on the third item my application crahes

can i get rid of this third item or even the entire right click menu !
