Since it started about 2weeks ago, the Suite has been updated at least 3 times, each buildcontains the most up to date fixes.&nbsp; Right now all of the softwareis listed as RC, which means it is a release candidate and not a true"beta".&nbsp; Many hours have been devoted to testing on the RCproducts and about the only thing that separates them from being arelease is the name.&nbsp; Codejock wants to make sure that there areno major bugs before an official release, so this requires allot oftesting<img src="http://forum.codejock.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=260">Boyd</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2275<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 May 2005 at 7:25am<br /><br /><P>Agreed.&nbsp; The schedule for maintenance&nbsp;releases is entirely too long.&nbsp; I have been waiting for a bug fix to something that was broken in the 9.60.1 hotfix.&nbsp; I have since gotten a beta release of the control to address the issue, but I can't release that to my clients.</P><P>I would think that maintenance releases would be a simple thing to do.&nbsp; Version the code that was used to build a particular release, and then work on new developement.&nbsp; When issues arise, fix it in the new code as well as the versioned code from the last release.&nbsp; Re-compile the last release every couple of weeks, as necessary, and re-release the fixes.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=566">Maui</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2275<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 May 2005 at 6:01am<br /><br /><P>There is an Error on the Website, it says "new versions are released frequently"</P><P>I appreciate that the Codejock developer(s) is working on the Calendar control but while you are investing time in new product development you have forgotten about&nbsp;"product maintence" and this is something that I have paid for and expected to receive.</P><P>My&nbsp;maintence agreement&nbsp;expires next month and I find myself asking why should I pay for a maintence agreement that doesnt include any maintence.</P><P>In the last 7 months I can only remember ONE propper bug fix release and that was version 9.60 in Feb. I remember being very patient and not complaining about the four month wait to get that because the calendar control was iminent.</P><P>Now after at least 9 months in development&nbsp;the calendar control is still iminient and no maintence releases are forthcoming.</P><P>Can someone either update the website and correct the error or explain to me why it is that maintence has to give way to development?</P><P>Thank you.</P>]]>
