I've come across a bug that I was trying to fix in my application but can be reproduced using the Codejock 16.4 Report Sample.

In the HeaderFooter test, resize the Window so a vertical scrollbar is enabled on the report.
Click on an item in the Status column.
Scroll the mouse wheel.
Debug Assertion thrown from CXTPHookManager::HookWndProc().

It seems to occur when there is a vertical scrollbar enabled and on items that have both Allow Edit and Constraint Edit set to TRUE.
