All scrollbars have system defined width, there is no way to change their sizes, however you are allowed to make changes to your copy of ToolkitPro source code so you can add it, but keep in mind that future update will not take into account your changes and they evenrually can become incompatible. The best option in this case is to make your scrollbars wider globally in display personalization.
