Figure it out.

PDF doc never mention anything about this. Tracing sample code shows the need to SetCommandbarsTheme, then do RefreshMetrics and RecalcLayout to work. 

Wish CodeJock will update their doc to indicate that.

Evaluating pro suite 16.4.0 on VB6.  Follow instructions as suggested in pdf doc but have nothing on screen when running. Can anyone help?
