trying to find out if this is possible and if so what needs to be done to make it work

I created a program that uses the Ribbonbar (using office styles) as well as a skin to skin the app. this works fine until I try to change the skin during runtime

when I apply the new skin the ribbonbar gets messed up. The top of the ribbonbar disappears then a part is transparent and the min/max/close icons disappear as well.

again all works fine if the skin and theme are set at startup but I have these problems if I apply a different skin while the ribbonbvar is already shown
