XTToolkitPro.h includes "DockingPane/Includes.h". Hence I can include the former to use, for example, XTPDockingPaneThemeOffice2003/2007 classes.

However you have added another class, XTPDockingPaneThemeOffice2013 without modifying the DockingPane/Includes.h file.

Hence I have to make assumptions about your dev platform in order to subclass from the 2013 docking pane theme. Looks like an oversight. Can you go ahead and add the 2013 include file too?

Also, we are using the Visual Studio 2012 theme too and soon I will be creating a custom docking pane theme derived from it. That and a few other docking pane paint themes seem to be missing from the includes.h file so you might want to add those too.
