Horizontal Scrollbar position is wrong. The scrollbar fits to the right window margin instead of forming the standard Windows empty "box" where Vert and Horz scrollbars meet.

Add the following to OnCreate to produce the normal appearance instead.

SetScrollBarCtrl(NULL, TRUE);
SetScrollBarCtrl(NULL, FALSE);

I believe this was another issue that has not been properly addressed through many versions.
