download the MFC version of ToolkitPro from  http://www.codejock.com/downloads/  and install.

 ReportSample sample is in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Codejock Software\MFC\Xtreme ToolkitPro v16.4\Samples\ReportControl\ReportSample\
build it and run then in Main menu "Report Control" -> "Control test" -> "Merge test"
Code examples you find in files MergeView.cpp and MergeView.h

or samples in ActiveX version (SuitePro):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Codejock Software\ActiveX\Xtreme SuitePro ActiveX v16.4.0\Samples\ReportControl\VB\ReportSample\

You can show this feature in MFC  ReportSample
