Hello,

I have a section of code which checks the XTPDockingPaneAction value and proceeds when the action is set to xtpPaneActionActivated. The problem I'm encountering is that sometimes the action is set to xtpPaneActionDragging when I simply click on the pane and sometimes it's set to activated. Has anyone encountered this or does anyone know why this is occurring? The same action results in different values .

Tried on both versions 16.1.0 and 16.3.1
