One way I found to localize this was to replace the ContextMenu.Controls.Item(x).Caption with the localized version in CommandBars_ToolBarContextMenu which is called when a user right clicks on the command Bar.

Expect this is easy ... When customizations are enabled and you right-click a command bar, the text "Customize..." appears. Where is that text/caption property kept? I want to localize it.
