Hi,

I've just installed v16.3.1, and I've noticed that the app wizards don't get installed, eventhough I've checked the option in the installer. The same happened in v16.3.0. There's also no corresponding folder in the utils folder of the installation for the VS2013 version, as there is for previous versions of Visual Studio. The last supported version seems to be VS2012 (vc11.0).

Any idea when this will be fixed?
