I have a number of customers demanding that we add additional color schemes to our application, just like Office 2013 does. I've been looking into the contents of Office2013.dll and found the OFFICE2013WHITE_INI text resource which seems to control some of the colors, but most seem to be pre-defined (possibly in the XAML inside the ZIP resource). Some elements appear to allow setting a BackgroundColor, but in others this does nothing.

Is there any documentation regarding the possible values in these INI files?
