When zoomed into a chart that is scrollable, the mouse pointer changes to a hand.

I'd like to be able to keep it as an arrow, but still have a zoomable and scrollable chart. The reason being that I am using mouse events to track the pointer and allow the user to click points for extra information, and it is hard for the user to tell where the hotspot is with the hand compared to the arrow.

Is this possible?
