I created the toolbar and combo box similar to the font combo sample application provided. I've enabled customization for this toolbar. However, the combo box does not show up in the customization dialog for the toolbar. Furthermore, I am able to drag and delete the combo on the toolbar during a customization session. In this case, there's no way to get the combo box back unless I do a reset on the toolbar.

How do I make toolbar customization work with combo boxes? I'm expecting the combo to appear in the list of commands in the toolbar customization dialog.
