Here's what the documentation says:<br><p>When the <a href="XtremeCommandBars~Ribb&#111;nBar~FontHeight.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">FontHeight</a>&nbsp;is changes you can use&nbsp;<strong>AutoResizeIcons </strong>to auto-resize icons to be proportionate to the current font height.&nbsp; If you choose False, then the icons will remain the original size.</p><br>]]>
