Hi members,
When I put "<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>" on the top of my markup code, unicode is displayed in a "Label" but if I do the same in "MarkupLabel" , it doesn't!. Any idea how I can display unicode in MarkupLabel also?

And is there any method to perform this in a simple "Label" where markup is enabled(This can be done in MarkupLabel)? :
Label1.MarkupUIElement.FindName("myScrollviewer").VerticalOffset = 50

Please anyone suggest me any way so that I can have both Offset and Unicode feature in Either MarkupLabel or Simple Label, thanks in advance.
