    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=864">JamesH</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2098<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 April 2005 at 11:38am<br /><br /><P>We have several pane layouts saved and when our application starts up we load the apropriate one.&nbsp; The problem is since some of the panes have controls which are fixed size (eg. checkboxes/buttons etc.) if we have a layout that looks good at one resolution or window size if you load that configuration in a lower resolution or window size the dock panes size proportional to the window and end up obscuring some of the fixed size controls.&nbsp; We don't want to add a min/max size to these panes as users may want to shrink them, we just don't want the initial default size to obscure anything.</P><P>Is there a way to tell the panes when calculating their sizes some should be fixed (but allowed to change afterwards) and the others should be the ones that change size?</P>]]>
