If the mouse pointer (white arrow) is very close to the right screen border, tooltip is cut off and not visible. This is annoying if the tooltip contains extra information.
Correct behavior is to shift the tooltip left so that it fits completly on the screen.
Please fix this! Tested with 15.3.1
