Any plans for adding support of overlapped blocks in the Track Control?

I would like to add "background" blocks with 100% height, that visualizes a "planned" schedule, and then add "foreground" blocks with e.g. 80% height that visualizes the real outcome. That means that the 80% "foreground" blocks may differ both in time and length from its "planned/background" block, but most often overlap each other.

Or can this be accomplished already today (using version 15.3.1) in some way?
