I try to change the background color of a single tab in the tab control, but nothing seems to happen.
I can set Color on the XtremeSuiteControls.TabControlItem but it looks just like all the other tabs.
My users want me to highlight tabs if action is needed, and I thought changing color to red would be the way to go.
 
I suppose the color is in RGB style?
Maybe it's impossible to change color when using Office2003 theme?
The first picture I get when opening the online help shows tabs in different colors, so I suppose it is possible to do.
