For an current subscription, what is the expected response for support ticket. #29618

I have a ticket submitted 8 days ago and have not had any response.

I am trying to upgrade from v11.2.2 to v15.3.1.
As far as I can tell, there is a bug in the report control with horizontal scroll bars and setting columns visible = false.

The example sent in is simple: a form, a report control, a button.
Add some columns.
Add some rows.
Press button and set some columns .visible = false.
For 11.2.2, the horizontal bar changed size and scrolled the columns properly.
For 15.3.1, no change to horizontal and scroll bar reacts as if the columns are still visible.

I need some kind of answer from Codejock if this is unfixable so that I can stop the work on this upgrade.
