We are using the CXTPReportControl class. When the list is empty, there is a vertical scroll bar. That in itself might not be such a problem, but when you add the first row to the list, the scroll bar disappears, and it does not come back when it should – for instance, we should see the scroll bar when we have four rows in the list, but the scroll bar appears only when we add the fifth row. When we add the fourth row, the list scrolls to the last row and the first row goes out of sight, but there is no scroll bar.
