Is it possible to use tooltips in the Report Control IconView mode?  If so, how do you set the text?
 
I'd like to get rid of the caption and put this in a tooltip instead, so it doesn't mess up the display of larger icons (e.g. 64x64 bit).  An example of the problem is shown below.  I know how to get rid of the caption - but how to create a tooltip?

Example IconView icon showing a large icon with a superimposed caption - changing the caption font colour is not an option as then it will not be visible on lighter icons.
