We are using custom icons for events in our application.

When we use the IconManager with LoadIcon everything works fine but for that we would have to deploy the icon files aswell (which we would prefer not to).

When we use AddIcon the applikation crashes sometimes with the error:
"COM Automation has signalled a Numeric Overflow error".
But the icon handle used for the function is correct and working.
Same problem when we try to use AddBitmap.

Did anyone else encounter this problem and/or has a solution for it?
Is there a sample available for using LoadIconFromResource?
