I am wondering if it is possible to get to the hotfix/patch release notes *without* having to download and install the update itself?

Yes, I know that you shouldn't generally install a patch -  'if it ain't broke don't fix it' - but it would be nice to know what has changed just-in-case.

Yes, the What's New does show changes, but not for hotfixes/patches.

For example, Xtreme Toolkit Pro v15.2.1.0403 just became available. I am wondering what changed.

What's more, I download and installed Xtreme Toolkit Pro v15.2.1.0220 in Feburary, only to see it change to Xtreme Toolkit Pro v15.2.1.0221 the next day. Turns out the only change was to the hotfix version number itself .

If these hotfix/patch notes are available online, sorry for the post and please direct me to the web page where they are documented. I have tried very hard to find them online though...
