I use the tear-off menu feature - all my popup menus are tear off and have ncountered the following problem:

whenever i tear off the 'File' menu and then dock it to one of the workspace side in my application, all the auto-hide panes stop functioning properly. (specifically when they are shown, they are only shown for a split second and than hidden again automatically)

This doesn't happen when a menu OTHER than the file menu or a similar custom menu is docked to sides and this doesn't happen if the torn off 'file' menu is FLOATING and not docked.

any ideas about this bizzare behaviour?

PS. I still use XTP 9.51
