I am a little confused.

I have used the DockingPaneManager.Options.ShowCaption option in my code with rel. 9.51.

Now i load a 9.6 release and my code does'nt work. Looking at the forum i see that the ShowCaption as been moved.

But i am really worry, i don't think this is so safe: what appened at a distributed application if a user load a new release of XtremeDock ? If the XtremeDock dll and ocx have the same name the old application fall, if the name are different every time i change minor release of xtremedock i have to put the new file in my installation (better but not so good).

Do you often move property in this way ?

I believe ShowCaption has now been moved to the PaintManager when refering to all panes and Options when referring to a single pane.

The code below is from the help for 9.60.1

'Hides the caption for ALL docking panes. DockingPaneManager.PaintManager.ShowCaption = False 'Finds the pane with ID ID_PANE_SEARCH and hides its caption. All other panes 'will still display a caption. DockingPaneManager.FindPane(ID_PANE_SEARCH).Options = PaneNoCaption
