Is there a method similar to ListView's "LockRedraw" for treeviews?
The idea is to speed up the creation of a bunch of nodes by temporarily freezing the display.

With the MS Treeview, we can send message "WM_SETREDRAW" (0 or 1) to achieve this. Apparently, it does not work on CJ Treeview.
