Hello,

I found a BUG in the Chart Control 15.1.2.

There is the Posibility to scale the Argument text on de X Axis. If I use the Argumenscaletype xtpChartScaleDateTime the Chartcontrol converts the data into a Date in German Format (i.e. 06.10.2011). After I shrink the Dialog the Chart Control scales it like that:

I quess there is a Problem with the German (12 Characters) and the Englisch Format (10 Charakters afaik)
