Lots of customization options here, I've shown just a few you can change:

  Dim objThemeOfice2007 As CalendarThemeOffice2007
  Set objThemeOfice2007 = CalendarControl.Theme
   
  objThemeOfice2007.BaseFont.Name = "Tahoma"
  objThemeOfice2007.BaseFont.SIZE = 14
 
  objThemeOfice2007.DayView.Event.Normal.Subject.Font.Name = "Tahoma"
  objThemeOfice2007.DayView.Event.Normal.Subject.Font.SIZE = 14
 
  CalendarControl.SetTheme objThemeOfice2007
