Is it possible to load any types of File into Form ? Smile

".msstyles" I want to load this type of File. This is a codejock skin File. I don't want to share it. That's why I want to Load this into Exe File. Is it really Possible ?
How can I do this ?

I'm using Codejock.Xtreme.Toolkit.Pro.v15.0.1
