Hi everyone, I need help!

I'm having problem with the Calendar Reminders. I have everything properly set, EnableReminders is enabled, the event's StartTime and MinutesBeforeStart already set. When loading the calendar and the StartTime occurred before the current DateTime, i.e. the event already started, the OnReminders event is not triggerred. It's only triggered after I clicked on the event. Is this a bug or I'm just missing something in my application?

Event.StartTime = May 12, 2011 01:00PM
Event.Reminder = True
Event.MinutesBeforeStart = 5
Current System Time = May 12, 2011 02:00PM
