    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=245">ddyer</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 18<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 March 2004 at 8:25am<br /><br /><P>I would suggest a readme file with each sample.&nbsp; Describe whats relevant, discuss the tips or tricks the developer used.&nbsp; This way, the purpose of the sample may be made more apparent to the user.</P><P>Now Im not talking about a readme.txt for say, the listctrl sample that says "demo of listctrl".&nbsp; It also demonstrates using a resizedialog, some of that obtuse header subclassing, the colorpicker, etc.</P><P>The common/advanced sample has all kinds of stuff that could be pointed out.&nbsp; For example&nbsp;it uses the <FONT size=2>OnKickIdle feature for getting toolbars to work in a dialog.</P></FONT>]]>
