Hi,

Don't think its something user wait when press Maximize button. If you don't allow full screen, remove Maximize/Minimize buttons and add some "Expand" button on Ribbon controls.

Anyway, sorry, Ribbon don't support "half" Maximize state.

Hi,

 the dialog is  it's limited in width, so it's only 400px but should expand to full hight
