I work now with OnUninitCommandsPopup and OnInitCommandsPopup to know when a menu is active.

Hello,

I use part of a Tooltip sample in my software.  There I use the "OnToolHitTest" function from the sample. My problem is, that if I move through a visible CommandBar Menu it will show the underlaying buttons tooltip, too. I think cause the "HitTest" is not blocked by the CommandBar Menu. 

So my question is, do anybody now how to optimize the "OnToolHitTest" function that it will block the Tooltip while a Commandbar Menu is visible?
