There is CXTPPropertySheet class. please check Samples\Controls\PropertySheet  sample.

Hello,
 
I am looking for a way to implement a settings dialog( with a tree control in which you can change pages ).

XTP have any dialog class for that task?
If not what would be the best method for doing this using XTP?
