Are there any special measures I should take when deplying on TS machine?

My application in written on net.vb vs2005, run fine in VS. when deployed I have a problem.
 
So far I have included licening information and Merge Module, with no luck. I manually registered the SKIN OCX I am using with the same result..my application crashes on start up.
 
Would someone have ideas what to look at next
