I am testing SetResourceFile() to enable translations on some of my apps.  I found some sample code in CalendarDemoView.cpp, but it doesn't seem to switch languages, even though it loads the translations.toolkitpro.ResourceRu.dll (I also tried the .XML equivalent.  same result).
 
I was thinking maybe it was because my machine locale is 0x0409 (US English), but I don't know how to switch Locale for a single process.  SetLocaleInfo() does it system wide).
 
Any ideas??
