After Load the menu bar designed in the Designer Studio, how can i add action of the menu.

i have define my action,but it doesnt work.

for instance:

ON_COMMAND(ID_VIEW_USERMODE , OnTest)

void CMainFrame::OnTest()
{
}

but the menu is still grey
