There are some graphics apps that have XAML as an export / output option.  I guess you could draw something in those, and copy the XAML to CJ.

There are a few things not implemented in CJ XAML though you wouldn't be able to use, such as radial gradients.

I've tried inkscape before, and there are others that a bit of research should uncover.
