The problem is such kind of issues appeared in XTP 13.4.2 (at least in my case).

Perhaps it's an issue of the CHtmlView itself...
I remember a project I had a similar problem (not with CJ). It ended in a quick workaround by overriding WM_SIZE and to do a resize by a timer only every 200ms.
Not elegant, but it made flicker acceptable while resizing.

I've tried all different tricks, but none worked (e.g. overriding WM_PAINT + WM_ERASEBKGND)... Unhappy

XTP 13.4.2. Windows 7 x64.
 
I have a CHtmlView inside a CXTResizeDialog.
 
SetResize(IDC_OF_HTML_VIEW, SZ_TOP_LEFT, SZ_BOTTOM_RIGHT);
 
When resizing, the html window flickers like hell (IE8 installed).
