Unfortunately, this property is not supported in 9.81. Thanks

Hi,
 
I don't know if this property has been implemented in your version...
 
For example, when adding item to PropertyGrid
 
Set Item = Category.AddChildItem PropertyItemString, "Greeting Text", "Some text...."
      Item.ValueMetrics.MaxLength = 255
 
or
 
Me.wndPropertyGrid.FindItem(ID_OF_ITEM).ValueMetrics.MaxLength = 255

Hi,

I load items dynamically into a property grid control and I want to be able to set the maximum length of text that can be entered for a particular item

Someone knows how to do this?

I am using 9.81 version of codejock
