I added a CXTPCustomizeKeyboardPage to my OnCustomize, but it doesn't seem to show all the default accelerators.  My app has 9 different accelerator tables depending on where you are in the UI, but not all of them appear on the customize page.  all menus appear, just not their associated shortcuts, not even the basics like <CTRL>+C for Copy, <CTRL>+V for Paste, etc.
 
Anybody have any ideas?
