In the single day view, it is possible to set the colors for work and nonwork cells. No problem.
 
But consider this:
When working with multiple resources. e.g. two employees working on the same day and a time scale for the day ranging from 0800 to 1700.
 
You will have a day view showing two columns, one for each employee.
Supposing employee 1 starts work at 0800. Then you want 0800 FOR THAT EMPLOYEE to be a workcell.
But employee 2 doesn't start work until 0900, so you want 0800 FOR THAT EMPLOYEE to be a nonworkcell.
 
How to do it? can it be done?
