Hi to every body, i expend a really lot time making test of codejock suite for work in linux
Now i can say that every control run i write this topic in order to help somebody that need run codejock in linux,

what you need?
Linux i try ubuntu
Wine for linux i try the 1.2 version
windows msi installer i try with the version 2.0
if your aplication used odbc or conect to some database you also wil need mdactype for run odbc drivers
I used Mysql odbc conector also becouse my app used mysql data base

Install your wine into your linux
install windows installer with winetricks
install mdactype if you need
install mysql conector odbc if you need

probably when you try to run your app with codejock activex the systems give you a warning about the register about de codejock control
you can try this on command panel and run without problem, if you do this first probably your app run the first time with no problem

 rm -rf ~/.wine
  wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
  sh winetricks vcrun6
