I'll try and see if I can reproduce it with your sample.
 
But what about bug #3?

XTP 13.4, aqua theme (frame theme enabled). Windows 7 x64 (classic mode).
 
Inside my application I press F1 and my CHM is opened. I found two drawing bugs:
 
1) Corners of the Help window are not transparent!
 
 
2) If frame theme is turned off you get wrong frame:
 
 
 
Edit. Found a 3rd bug: Double-clicking upper-left icon does not close CHM help window.
3) When double-clicking the upper-left icon in the CHM help window, nothing happens when skinning is enabled. I have to triple-click to close the window! The problem goes away if I disable skinning. Hence, the skinning engine alters the mouse behavior.
