I'm wondering if it's possible to use the keyboard to navigate to a dialog bar, and if so, how?
 
I've discovered that you can press Ctrl+Tab to navigate from the menubar to each of the toolbars, then press Tab to cycle between each of the buttons on the toolbar. Even though a dialog bar appears in the list of toolbars (in the Customize dialog box, for example) it doesn't appear possible to navigate to the dialog bar using the keyboard.
 
The CommandBars.CustomThemes example uses a dialog bar for the "task panel." It's possible to Ctrl+Tab to each of the toolbars, but the task panel gets skipped.
 
Is keyboard navigation to dialog bars not supported?
