Hi,
Answered in issue track. Hi
I had posted a support request but did not get any reply so I am writing here
 

I am trying to use FormExtender's Region option for my splash screen. Even though the region has been created properly, some white pixels are being displayed (which should have been transparent)

 
My Sample project is available with all the resource files in the support link
